The machine tool industry has always been an important strategic deployment point for major countries and leading enterprises. The changes and adjustments of the future manufacturing pattern, especially in the global automotive, aerospace, high-end equipment manufacturing and other strategic industries, the machine tool industry is an important strategic fulcrum and will play an important role in the future competitiveness fulcrum. "Made in China 2025" lists CNC machine tools and basic manufacturing equipment as "strategic battlefields for accelerating breakthroughs", and proposes to strengthen forward-looking deployment and key technological innovation, actively occupy future technological and industrial competition manufacturing venues, and improve the level of international division of labor and the right to speak.


1. The development of CNC machine tools in China


In recent years, under the background of national policy interests and the continuous pursuit of innovation by enterprises, my country's CNC machinery industry has developed rapidly. Data show that in 2019, the scale of China's CNC machinery industry reached 327 billion won. Affected by the epidemic and the constraints of energy supply, the mayor/market size of China's CNC machine tool industry in 2020 will slightly decrease, and the mayor/market size will be 247.3 billion yuan, a year-on-year decrease of 24.4%. In 2021, the mayor/market size of China's CNC machinery industry will grow again to 268.7 billion yuan. The China Business Research Institute predicts that the scale of the digital control machinery industry will reach 295.7 billion won in 2022. During the "14th Five-Year Plan", my country actively cultivated advanced manufacturing clusters and promoted the innovation and development of advanced CNC machinery industry. The industry is expected to usher in a period of rapid development.

CNC machine tool is the abbreviation of computer numerical control machine tool, which is an automatic machine tool equipped with a program control system. The control system can use control codes or other symbolic instructions to logically process the program, decode it, display it as a coded number, and input it into the numerical control device through the information transmitter. 2. The cutting point of CNC machine tools in China

From a technical point of view, digital control machines produced in my country, especially high-end digital control machines, generally do not master the core technology, and are more in the assembly and manufacturing process. (Albert Einstein, Northern Exposure, artwork) Core components, basic high-end materials and other core technologies are controlled by humans. Insufficient self-sufficiency of high-end materials and components. High-end chips, high-quality large-scale casting and forgings, high-performance motors, high-standard bearings, and high-end manufacturing materials are mostly imported from abroad. In the ranking of international CNC machinery enterprises, my country's CNC machinery production enterprises are next in the ranking, with low popularity and insufficient attention. Among all brands of digital control machines, users' attention to digital control machines from Germany, the United States, Japan, South Korea, Taiwan Province and other brands has accounted for more than 60% of the mayor/market total.


The performance of CNC machine tools lags behind. The overall level of my country's industrial base is not high, and it often lacks core technologies. Coupled with the blockade of foreign machinery manufacturing technology, the performance and quality of domestic CNC machine tools are very different from those of foreign countries. First, domestic advanced CNC machine tools have poor reliability, high failure rate and unstable performance. Second, the machining accuracy of domestic advanced CNC machine tools cannot meet higher requirements. Third, the machinability of domestic advanced CNC machine tools is insufficient, and it cannot withstand complex processing. It is difficult to be recognized by most users, which affects the scope of application.


3. Scan China's high-end CNC machine tool policy


Luo Junjie, deputy director of the Equipment Industry Department of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, said that digitally controlled machine tools are the "machine tools" of the industry. The development of advanced digital control machines is not only an objective requirement for supply-side structural reform in the industrial and information fields, but also an urgent requirement for realizing the in-depth development strategy of military-civilian integration and ensuring national security.

According to statistics, in the past 8 years, 38 of the 57 key host products identified in the early stage of the special implementation have reached the international advanced level. The average trouble-free running time of machine tools has increased from 400 to 500 hours to about 1,200 hours, and some products have reached the international advanced 2,000 hours. In the field of advanced numerical control system, it also broke the monopoly of foreign technology and realized a large number of matching of main functional components. Domestic mayor/market share increased from less than 1% to around 5%. The special standard of "five-axis linkage machinery S-type prototype" has been approved by the International Standards Committee, which has achieved a "zero" breakthrough in the field of my country's advanced CNC machinery international standards.


2). The "Made in China 2025" degree announced by the state also proposes that by 2025, the numerical rate of major projects in my country should be increased from the current 33% to 64%.
